Subject: Your Case Update: Suppression Hearing Set for July 10

I wanted to update you on an important development in your case.

We have a hearing scheduled for July 10, 2026 at 9:30 AM in the Henrico County Circuit Court, Courtroom 3, before Judge Patricia Lawson. This is the hearing on our motion to suppress the BAC results and field sobriety test evidence.

At this hearing, we will argue that the officer lacked reasonable suspicion to make the initial traffic stop, which means any evidence gathered after the stop — including the breathalyzer results — should be excluded.
