These Terms of Service govern your use of CaseSignal, an AI-powered client communication platform operated by CaseSignal, LLC. By using CaseSignal, you agree to these terms.
CaseSignal helps criminal defense attorneys communicate with clients by generating AI-drafted case updates from uploaded documents and case management data. All communications are reviewed and approved by the attorney before being sent.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending it to clients. CaseSignal drafts are suggestions only and do not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all communications sent through the platform.
When you connect your Gmail account, CaseSignal sends emails on your behalf only when you explicitly approve a draft. We do not access, read, or modify any existing emails in your account.
CaseSignal is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content or email delivery. The attorney retains full professional responsibility for all client communications.
